The Question

What was leaving the industry moment?

What Frost Saw

An industry moment is usually treated as a place to purchase coverage. Frost saw influence in the pathways leading out of it: what each participant could carry into an audience the brand could not reach on its own.

The Direction

Treat creator participation as distribution architecture rather than event coverage.

What Frost Created

Creator participation across Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week and the Bridgerton × Netflix collaboration, with the runway itself built into each creator's own story.

Across Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week and Allure's Bridgerton collaboration with Netflix, Frost treated creator participation as more than event coverage — turning the runway itself into part of the creator story. For Barcelona, creators were considered from more than one hundred candidates around relevance, personal context and what participation could mean within their own trajectory. For Bridgerton, Frost extended a licensed fashion collaboration into a broader cultural world, connecting bridal fashion with entertainment IP, fandom, live experience and creator storytelling.

What Moved

Barcelona became Sydney Westra's first international runway, Lillie Duke's first paid collaboration, and the first runway experience for Lucie Donlan and Luke Mabbott. The subsequent Bridgerton work demonstrated the same principle differently: an industry moment becomes more powerful when each participant has a reason to carry the story into a different audience.
